The Art of Spiritual Healing

This blog is a topic which I think, read and meditate on a lot  – Spiritual Energy Healing!

We have a lot of Energy Healer Experts like Louis Hay, Deepak Chopra, Brandon Baige who painstakingly explain how healing takes place.

They have explained that healing at the emotional, mental and physical level is necessary before they manifest as physical problems.

This is really the truth and I was spiritually guided to put a few sentences through this blog to help whosoever needed help and a few informal tips to make life more meaningful and good as is meant to be, to flow with the universal code as Heavens would I’m sure want it to be!!

All of us have a lot of emotional issues, they could stem from neglect of parents, school friends, peer pressures true as of in the growing up stage. Then of course balancing a married life, as in India, as is well known we marry the whole family not only the spouse, and then in life as time goes on later come the children with their issues and so on, it’s a never-ending game of thrones — not to miss colleagues at work if working. These are never-ending issues and facts about Life — Karmic or otherwise.

After a lot of consultations the best solution that my clients have managed to clear some of the cobwebs in their mind by following some of the thoughts given to me by my Spiritual guides and Teachers during my Spiritual consultancy and workshops are  as follows:

  • Journaling their thoughts on a day to day basis (you may tear the pages later).
  • A daily dose of Spiritual Grounding.
  • The art of forgiving themselves and the others who have harmed them (not easy though)
  • A dose of mirror appreciation everyday saying how spiritually complete you are and of course the best person born on planet earth.
  • Doing a good deed from time to time.
  • The art of laughing and pampering yourself regularly. Not to forget to laugh at yourself and others within yourself.
  • Remind yourself that your Personal Energy is connected to the Universal energy as energy moves to and fro nourishing each other.
  • Finally, last but not the least follow the Japanese way of living called WABI SABI embrace impermanence and imperfection in things, appreciating what is instead of what should be, don’t forget decay and life are two sides of a coin.

Till next time……….
