5 sure-fire solutions for a better living

In life we find that to keep up our energy levels high, certain obvious tips are needed which come to our doorsteps but we can only recognize when we are discomforted physiologically and psychologically. With present day stress leading to nervous depressions, heart ailments, blood pressure etc. arise out of  a restless and anxious mind, dealing with the challenges of day to day working on issues like the tax departments, banks etc. lead to respiratory and alimentary canal diseases.

As Shameen Akhtar says ‘because of stress we hardly realize when we are affected by it, worst is our faculty for pleasure’

So we can modify and overhaul our genetic samskaras and uplifting themselves beyond personal limitations, by following some simple lifestyle changes:

GET ENOUGH SLEEP

To have enough of sleep time even if you keep erratic hours – normal daily, wide awake states  of consciousness are the Beta frequencies 14 to 20 cycles per second and we have to be able to bring it down to the Delta level 3 >1 CPS slowly .

DEFINITELY LEARN SURYA KRIYA

This can be developed slowly by trying to beat the clock inside you by getting your body an intensity of light inside you, the most natural way is to Sun yourself. I have found that doing the Surya Kriya as done the Siddhanath Surya yoga Meditation is very powerful and energies the Spinal cord  magnetically. I will be teaching it in the Workshop as per the details given below.

PRANAYAM WILL PURIFY YOUR BODY

Pranayama purifies and balances the respiratory and nervous system and energies the body.

ASANAS AND MUDRA

Asanas, mudras and bandhas release energy blocks and help build up the body’s vitality and resistance.

LEARN KRIYA YOGA

Kriya Meditations, Chakra meditations, Yogic relaxations and various simple healing techniques and are really useful in expelling accumulated worries, fears anxieties. All our non-alignment with nature can be lessened with some of these practices!
