My Kriya Yoga Journey

The Idea of naming it my Kriya Yoga Journey came to me just now as I feel we all are on some journey, and this journey is special. While reading articles from all over, I really thought I could share it with you as it had made a lot of sense to me as what was written by mystics and masters like Osho, The Ananda Sangha, Yogis lke Sukarshit Goswami, Ashwini and Amrit Sadhna in their various articles in many publications from time to time.

Once I felt that I was aware of the fact that it is the brain that send signals through the nerves in the spinal cord to control the respiratory muscle which helps in maintaining the ph balance (acid and alkaline) in our body as low carbon dioxide makes the body alkaline.

As a Kriya Yoga Acharya Teacher based in South Delhi, It was always my search to understand and explain how breathing and life goes hand in hand. I felt that I have to apply a mechanism of vibrations to bring into life and start visualizing all my desired outcomes with intensity! Does it work? You may experiment and experience yourselves!

Try some of the following below exercises and see how far we can achieve:

  1. Inhale, tense your body, exhale completely and relax — mind becomes relaxed. Do this exercise a couple of times and completely relax from your head to toes!
  2. Inhale to the count of 10, hold for the count of10 and Exhale for the count 10, look up and see yourself soaring like your favorite bird up, up and…
  3. Increase the flow of your energy by inhaling through the nose, a short breath and then a long breath. Exhale through the mouth and nose, a short and long — one becomes aware of the air and energy as it enters the lungs.
  4. Osho’s Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is using the breath to center your energy. Sit in a relaxed position, shut your eyes, relax and internally keep following your breath, up follow it, down follow it, do not miss it. The trick is to see and observe the gap of in-between breaths, the gap of no-breathing!

Rejuvenation happens!

So till my next blog more on divinely inspirations…
